Training is an expensive exercise for any organisation for as well as the cost of the training course, there is the cost of staff temporarily not being at their station being productive toward the company goals. People don’t learn when they are bored, so we ensure the training sessions are lively and interesting by finding new ways to present information and by offering encouragement to try new things. A sense of humour also helps the learning process along!
